At the time of buying and building the house, there was nothing written about the buying, legalities and restoration processes of homes in Morocco despite the fact it was fast becoming a hotspot for property punters. Buying A House in Morrocco was thus borne of the demand to get to grips with a system that even many official Moroccans were unfamiliar with.
