put her career in book publishing on hold when she started her family 10 years
ago. Previously, she had worked for Boxtree, Heinemann and Fourth Estate.
She started writing for Angels
and Urchins, a London parents’ magazine, five years ago and wrote numerous
articles on children and families. Childcare:
The Complete Guide for Busy Parents is Kate’s first book.
Kate now combines writing with the demands of
her family and a role as a local school librarian. She lives in west London with her husband and three children.
